Hi, I'll start the ball rolling by introducing Admin's two dogs, Lilly and Jo-jo (sorry no pics - will be attached later). Both are rescue-dogs. Lilly is my daft-as-a-brush 4 year-old whippit/staffordshire bull terrier X. I like to call her a lurcher, but some people disagree that she is one). She was badly treated before we had her and doesn't like loud noises, water hoses, or hoovers. She's good with people (great with children - very gentle). Lilly does two things which are unnerving to people who don't know (or don't like) dogs. She will jump up to eye height to get a better look at you when she first meets you and if she wants you to go somewhere (usually in the house) she will grab your hand to pull you. Unfortunately she is a dog so the only way she can do this is with her mouth . Doesn't hurt but it can be a bit of a suprise for visitors. Jo-jo is a red setter/visla X. He's around 14 now, so a bit of an old lad. However he's in excellent health for his age (a bit lumpy, but the lumps are all fatty and nothing to worry about). He's a gentle giant, very waggy with people and children. As with most resue dogs he has a bit of baggage. He doen't like motor bikes, tractors and some other dogs on leads. Wouldn't be without em. Regards, David (other half of Admin).
